Do I need to be fit to join the Open Day?

Not at all! Our sessions are designed for all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Our coaches will tailor the workout to suit your ability.

What should I bring on the day?

Just wear comfortable activewear, bring a water bottle, and maybe a towel. We’ll provide everything else — equipment, energy, and the BBQ!

Can I bring friends or family?

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring friends, family, or workmates. The more people you bring, the more fun it is — plus you’ll have a built-in workout buddy.

How much does it cost to attend?

The Open Day is completely free to attend. If you love it and want to join, we’ll have special one-day-only offers

What happens after I register?

You’ll get a confirmation email and text with the event details. We’ll also send you a reminder the day before so you don’t forget. On the day, just check in at the front desk and you’re good to go.

What if I can’t make it after registering?

No worries — just let us know so we can open your spot to someone else. You’ll still be able to pop in for a free trial class another time.
